Domestic – ideal for couples or families, this model offers cleaning services for the fast-growing home market. Business development will rely on organic growth.

Commercial – servicing a broad clientele such as office buildings, shopping centres, hotels, restaurants, supermarkets and other retail and business outlets.

Construction – working on major commercial and Residential building sites, franchisees will typically fulfil contracts for the duration of a construction development.

The initial franchise fee starts from $18,500 +Gst + Equipment and training for Commercial and Construction and $13,500 + Gst + Equipemnt and training for Domestic.

For commercial franchisees, opportunities will be available to purchase lucrative cleaning contracts that have been negotiated by the redclean network, offering instant financial returns.
