Standard Scope of Work

• All figures are based on a once off clean
• Excessive amounts of concrete, slurry, glue and paint are to be considered a variation.
• Sufficient safety, supervision, labour, materials and equipment (including access) will be supplied necessary to complete the cleaning.

1. Bathrooms/laundry

• Remove all grout and marks from tiled areas, walls included.
• Clean and polish all stainless steel.
• Clean all toilets, basins and showers
• Squeegee clean all mirrored surfaces.

2. Internal/external glass

• Remove all dirt from glass and frames.
• Squeegee clean all glass

3. Kitchens

• Remove all grout and marks from tiles surfaces.
• Clean all fixtures and fittings.
• Clean and polish all stainless steel.
• Wipe down and remove all marks from counter tops and inside cupboards.
• Squeegee clean all glass surfaces.

4. Lounge/bedrooms

• Squeegee glass
• Wipe down any joinery and fixtures.
• Vacuum carpet
• Wipe down skirting.

5. Other

• Remove small marks from walls.
• Mop/sweep stairs and hall.
• Clean entrance and storage.
• Clean all balconies
